Terrible customer service

Tried booking a flight and it was sold out during my online session, and the money taken from my account. Tried to have the transaction reversed, instead more money was taken from my account. I have been trying to call the Mango call center all day with no success, put on hold for 30 min every time I try to call. Terrible website and terrible customer service.
