Terrible client service regarding refund

I've requested a refund via travelstart and docs was submitted 31 Dec 2019. The refund process takes 6 - 8 weeks. We are now on week 17!!!!!! Terrible. Ridiculous. You couldn't wait to receive my money but when it come by refunding, it is ALWAYS pending. This was also due LONG BEFORE the corona virus. Don't make use of Mango Airlines at all. Treat the customer fairly????? Proudly South African
