Terrible airline ruined my anniversary get away

<p>I was suppose to take a flight with mango today at 11:50 I unfortunately missed check in by 6 mins and they refused to assist me and sent me to there customer service station to put me and my fiancé on the next flight,however there were no flights for the rest of the day they said we must book another one tomorrow however the money we paid was over R2000 and they said we forfieted that money ,i mean really 6 mins late for check in yet the flight was only leaving at 11:50 ...44mins before we tried checking in well thank you mango for ruining my anniversary get away i will definitely be sueing this company cause they wouldnt even give us our money back !! And just imagine the nerve we must pay tomorrow again ***** of a company I stood in tears but they will get whats coming to them I will not leave this without a fight!! I wouldnt advise anyone to take this airline they are pathetic and there staff is terribly mannered </p>
