terrible

If i knew that the call centre for Mango airlines was this bad, i would have never booked through them.<br> I needed to change my flight - i have been holding on the line way too long over 5 minutes . The 086 numbers never get answered by the consultants - i need to change my booking urgently & i am having a problem...even as i spoke to the consultant my call was just cut after holding on for ages.
