Tempering with lock on luggage

Dear Customer Relations Department:<br> <br> Re: Flight JE701 Lanseria to Capetown on the 7t7thh September 2015<br> <br> My flight from Lanseria to Capetown on the 7th September was somewhat of a disappointment after realizing that there was tampered with my luggage yet again by Mango staff and unauthorized access gained by means of bypassing my lock somehow.<br> <br> It's extremely worrying that your security is not up to standard and leave your passengers vulnerable to unauthorized access to luggage. Alternatively one should ask the question if Mongo conduct luggage checks by bypassing locks without consent?<br> <br> The bigger concern being potential ******* or ****** items being inserted into a mango airliner passengers luggage, my luggage, without being any the wiser. As it turned out, this was the second time my luggage was tampered with and somehow the lock bypassed without any authorization what so ever. Please reevaluate your luggage procedure and investigate this type of circumstances within your luggage control area.<br> <br> I fly Mango Airlines as my primary airline, and this type of incident is not acceptable. I am very well taken care of by the management and staff of Mango in general.
