Tckets Claim

<p>The first time i needed to report that one of the ladies we where travelling with could not join in the flight due to Funeral she needed to attent,A lady that works for mango told me that these nothing she can do to help me ,Until another lady assisted me in logging in a claim on their system stateting that we reported that she could not be with us.Ive send in all Documents that Mango has requested in refunding us for that ticket.No responds has been send to me sence.Hallo Pete please help me to get a refund for that one ticket from mango,Since they not responding to my emails.</p>
