Take some responsibility Mango Airlines!

Mango Airlines takes no responsibility whatsoever for damaged bags. Twice now of seperate occasions my locks have been broken off the case and someone went through my case. Zips are left half closed and most of my clothes scrunched up. When I know I always pack my clothes perfectly folded. Their reply? 'Have you taken insurance?' I'm am tired of being asked to pay extra so they can damage my bag and go through my stuff. Surely they must take some responsibility or at leas invesigate and provide feedback.
