tablet ****** out of my bag

I travelled from Capetown to Durban saturday 18 July on Mango flight JE 346. Departure 13.50. I booked in my bag at 13. 10. It was a red sport bag 0 083 SA 786197. My tablet was inside my bag between my clothes. My bag was closed.? When arrived home I discovered my tablet was missing. I phoned acsa at Capetown airport and Mango airways but nobody answered their phones. As Mango has its own luggage line staff from mango stole it out of the bag. I am very upset about this and want to be refunded by Mango. Vodacom can also be contacted as I blocked the tablet. The luggage line from when bag was checked in till loaded on airplane must be checked on the camera to see who stole it out of the bag. Especially at the screening of the bag. <br> I am waiting for a report from you and to be refunded.? All my important info is on the tablet. i did send a email to Mango complaints department and the only send a reply to apologize, but I do not feel this is enough as their staff is *****ing from their passengers. I want the cameras checked and my tablet replaced. I will nw never fly mango again and I will share my story with friends and family.
