System not allowing you to sit next to each other

Hi there. It is with great disappointment I'm sending you this email. This is now the second online booking I'm making where my parents are not sitting together. Normally when you make an online booking under one reference you sit next to each other. This morning my parents had to sit apart again! This is unacceptable! Do you have a flaw in your system?<br> <br> Yours in total disappointment.
