Superb service in trying circumstances

I was one of the passengers affected by the four-delay of JE143 yesterday.

In the face of what could only be called a nightmare, the Mango staff were all excellent. They weren't able to get us to Cape Town any sooner, but where they could help, they did; and with the best possible humour to be expected given the situation.

In particular, Zandisile and the baggage team in Cape Town were amazing. I hope Mango is as proud of you all as it should be.
