Suitcase Destroyed

I have been on 4 flights with mango in the last 11 days and my suitcase has been absolutely destroyed. It was the first time I’ve used the suitcase and it costed me a fair bit of money. It’s also a hard shell case suitcase so it baffles me as to how the luggage is actually handled. I went to the baggage assistance counter and was assisted. I was also told that mango doesn’t cover wheels??? What am I meant to do if the entire section has been **********?
