Sudden change in rules without letting you know

<p>My mother is today to Cape Town and now the name that is booked in her name doesn't correspond with the ID. The other times she flew to Cape Town Mango didn't had any issues. Now she must pay extra, which is unnecessary and unfair. What a waste of money and time and what bad service!!! This so unfair to your regular customer!!! Not first time she is flying with mango!!!! </p>
