Struggle to get proper Invoice

I booked a flight for my wife, grandmother and infant son from Johannesburg to Cape Town. The invoice I received had no breakdown of what each flight costs. I need this for my employer as I will be reimbursed for my flight. After back and fourth between call-center (5 calls) and email with Admin (taxinvoices) who can actually give you a breakdown, it seems to be clear that they can, BUT: Their system generated invoices do not show in my gmail or work mail for that matter. I requested an attached pdf but no answer. For the past week I am battling for this small admin bit. I feel I am wasting my time and the procedures at Mango don't seem to be service orientated.
