****** LOCK AND BROKEN ZIP

On the 30 May 2015, I arrived on a mango flight from JHB to DBN. Upon collecting my bag, I noticed that my bags zip and lock was torn out! I reported the problem at the counter and was given a slip and told to open a case with SAPS! I was also told that the airline does not cover stoken locks. Nothing was missing from my bag, but someone definitely went through my things. I don't expect this disgusting service from mango airlines! How can I ensure that my belongings remain safe in future??? Locks obviously don't work! I will not be travelling with Mango again,and definitely don't recommend it to anyone!
