****** items from my hand luggage

I would not rate the airline as low, since I have not had feedback yet. And since they heIped take me on, as SAA were striking. I flew from JHB to Dbn. I had protected my main luggage. The hand luggage , had no lock since, I knew it was going to be with me all the time. When boarding I was told to leave my hand luggage , Upon reaching Durban, I checked my luggage and found that 2 sets of 18 carat gold earings were missing. As well as a Saudi head scarf. When I reported they said they don’t cover jewellery. I sent email and still waiting for response since it happened on the Saturday 16 November.
