****** from Luggage

Good day FLIGHT JE 156

I would like to report ****** property from my fathers checked luggage.

He had a flight with your company yesterday and so far noticed hes carton cigarettes and reading glasses is gone from hes luggage.

This is disappointing and disgusting from your company and even worse for the customer who is away on business for two weeks and know left without glasses and wont be able to see nothing during seminars which has just started this morning.

I dont understand how the hell this happens. Isn't your luggage suppose to be safe when you check it it?

Ive had numerous flights myself over the years and never had I had someone scratch in my bags. Just in last year in Thailand they found a lighter in my luggage and they search for hours on the airport so that I can stand by when they opened my bags. So professional but you come to your own country and get treatment like this. And needless to say, both the items Thats missing from hes bags are legal items, so its not like it needed to be confiscated.
