Still No Response received to Complaint

<p>I have still not received a response to my complaint sent on 28 April despite receiving confirmation from Mango Airlines that I would receive a response within 48 hours. So my complaint was received, they just couldn't be bothered to reply to their customers. Absolutely Shocking and Ridiculous!!</p>
