Still no response!!!

I have emailed Mango Airlines on the 28/02/2017 with the following email, and have to date receieved no response.

This is the email that has been sent to **********

"Dear Sir/ Madam

I was on the 6.00am Mango flight yesterday the 27/02/2017 form Cape Town to Johannesburg.

I contacted your call center about a month ago to enquire whether I could bring along my infants car seat on the flight and I was told that I can. The car seat would be kept in the front of the plane.

I arrived at Cape Town International and cling wrapped all my luggage besides my handbag and car seat as I expected to carry this onto the plane with me. The lines for the check in was long and once I checked in, I was told that I had to drop the car seat at the fragile goods department, which I did.

I then collected it from the baggage services at OR Tambo airport shortly after landing.

To my disappointment, my car seat was damaged. It has rips in it, has a hole in it and is covered by greasy marks.

Had I known that my car seat is not going to be handled with care I would never have brought it along.

I showed the flight attendant that was on the plane as well as Rachel and Kamogelani at baggage services.

I tried calling the call center a few times on ***
but I ended the calls as I was put in hold for too long because the lines were very busy.

I would like to be reimbursed for my car seat. It is a red Ferrari infant car seat which is valued at R1000.00. It was practically new and was only used a few times.

Eagerly awaiting your response."

Please could i have a response it has been more than 1 week!

Thanks
