Step on a Mango plane and be prepared to manhandled

We were on Flight JE275, 01/05/2018 19:40pm flight,the one air hostess Stephanie was very very rude, she man handled my fiance whilst he was getting onto the plane He had his ticket clearly visible for the seat, boarding was delayed so there was a rush of passengers getting onto the plane. She clearly was not paying attention so as he walked passed, she grabbed him so roughly by the arm, which is in our eyes is assault, she raised her voice saying she needed to see the ticket to the point where other passengers behind him laughed at this. I am utterly disgusted at how Stephanie treated him, he was embarrassed and I feel that no person has the right to grab you by the arm like that to restrain you because they were not looking at the ticket and doing their job.

Mango clearly needs to train their staff on basic human rights, you do not assault passengers!!!
