***** YOUR MONEY

On 8/01 I purchased a ticket on line, payment went through and reflected on my bank statement however the ticket was not confirmed according to what was displayed on Mango's website. I purchased the ticket yet again as I was told telephonically by Mango that i would receive a refund for the first amount. I started the process and emailed them bank statements, proof that the ticket was not confirmed, sms notification proof of payemnt etc.... It has now been a month and I am still waiting for the refund. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!! I HAVE GIVEN THE COMPANY BANK STATEMNTS WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED!!!! ITS MY MONEY!!!!!! PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!!
