STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Shocking customer service received!! Will never use mango again! Last year we had flights booked for June. Covid happened and we could not fly. They then did not want to refund so I had to settle for vouchers. September 2020 travel is allowed, and Mango is flying. I want to book a flight for our trip which was moved from June To September, but Mango, all of a sudden is not flying that route. Again I ask for a refund as I have now paid for a ticket and you aren't delivering the service. Now, we have a trip booked In July 2021, again, I had to use my vouchers as you don't want to refund, so booked a flight with Mango. After hearing the news of Mango basically going under, I again begged for a refund or a voucher, but nothing. I now had to book flights on another airline due to Mango's incompetence, and they don't want to refund or give vouchers. I've sent hundreds of Facebook messages, emails, calls. Nobody cares!
