staff went through the luggage and money was ****** from wallet

<p>yesterday my younger sister flew alone from Lanseria to Durban and her purse which was in her luggage was handled and the money which she had in it was gone and the purse was left empty,</p> <p>this is unacceptable as we trust the airline enough to use them entrusting them to get us to the designated destination safe but yet here we have ppl going through our personal belongings *****ing from our luggage. over 1800 rands were ****** and the only reason the purse was in luggage was that she didnt have hand luggage. this is very dissappointing and disturbing to know this is what we are in for when using this airline. also when i called the airport yesterday to ask them fr assistance to check the cameras at Lanseria and in Durban i got no actual help from them except for them telling me to send an email, which gave me the conception that it was apparently ok for staff to go through our personal belongings.</p> <p> </p> <p>i would really appreciate it if a manager would get back to me on this ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Anneline Pillay - ********** 171</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
