Staff well stepping over the line

How do you guys train your staff to comment on a toddler with a dummy ,yes shes 4 years old and yes we just weaned her off her blanki and her dummy and yes her mom has recently passed away and your staff have the audacity to say she looks ugly with a dummy in her mouth - PATHETIC STAFF MOVE and to over step the line in to a customers family is a no no let me say that again a giant NO NO So i tried to be nice an write a nice email to you guys at customer care , but wait no feedback what so ever

So here i am now on hello peter letting EVERYONE know of your services , that you offer including commenting on ones family while booking in luggage .
