So Bad never again

My daughter was invited for holiday with friends in region of PE, she is 14, booked back to JHB flight JE 538 landing at 16h00 She had little airtime but managed to inform us of a “slight delay” from ground staff, I subsequently had to learn to manage all sorts of airtime transfers etc etc It is now 18h00, my kid is in a panic, I am fuming and worried simultaniously, the guys who invited her are out of reach, gues what ?? Mango was not reachable from 14h00 till now, I must have spend R1000 on airtime waiting for a response, got hold of ACSA, with a no set time for arrival response!! I wish that one of the owners would have their 14 year old daughter stuck in some unknown location and feel how that feels you useless bunch of oxygen *****s!! I will pay double the price for any other ticket but Mango NEVER again for family or staff- I am not a disgruntled lunatic just a dad that wanted to speak to someone so that I could assure my child
