Sh*t service from Mango Airline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am highly disgusted by the Mango Airline accounts service and call center! We booked a ticket on the second of October and the ticket was cancelled by the airline and our reverse payment is now pending between FNB and Mango. It has taken three days of sitting on the phone being shuffled back and forth between departments, sitting for over 4 hours at a time and we have had no assistance and we urgently require a letter from Mango Airlines for FNB stating that the flight was cancelled in order for our money to be put back into our account. This is disgusting!!!!
