shocking service with Mango!!

I am disgusted in Mango airlines service. I called to request a voucher for a flight on Wednesday. Your staff firstly don't understand English. He then cut my call and now I'm losing money on a flights that I cannot use. I will never fly mango again. Disgusting *******!!
