Shocking service & NOT 'The most on time Airlines'

<p>I am booked on the 19:35 Mango flight to Durban but receive an sms to say my flight will only depart at 21:13. I call into the Mango call centre to confirm this sms and Nandi who answers is not sure of this but enquires and confirms that this true. I explain to her that i have arranged transportation to the South Coast and i will miss them and be stranded if i am not on scheduled time in Durban. After holding for 18 minutes she returns to the call and states that her manager Shabnum Dhawsay will put me on the 17:35 flight . She also mentioned that i would receive a confirmation email which i still have not received.</p> <p> </p>
