Shocking service

A ticket was booked by mistake , I called mango a minute later and they told me it they can't refund me, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me the same thing. I could understand if I made a booking a day or week earlier but not 2 minutes. I requested to speak to a senior manager after being on the phone for 25 minutes and they cut my call, I couldn't believe the shocking service and lack of trying to even assist . I even told them if I have to suffer a penalty fee that would be understandable but nothing
