Shocking Mango service gives lemons

Our flight (JE148 from Cape Town to Johannesburg) was scheduled to depart at 11:00 today (21.02.2019). I was sent a message notifying me that flight has been delayed at it will depart 12. At 12:15 we received another message stating that the flight will now only leave at 13:15.

I called the airline and the consultants were not friendly. They couldn’t give me a reason for the delay instead she forwarded my call to their refunds department. Horrific service.

I am going to Johannesburg for a medical treatment which states at 3 but now I will be rate and miss my slot with the doctor.

This is nonsense
