Shocking

<p>on the 17 June I flew down(JE703) with mango got to the airport my bag was broken and lost some of my toiletries on the 27 june flew up with mango(JE148) sent me to the wrong terminal stood in line for 20 min just to be told wrong boarding on ticket and had to stand in line again for more than 35 min as the line was allready long my worst flying experiance up to date </p>
