Shocking

Mango airlines once again u disappointed me and many other regular users, from a flight that was suppose to depart at 17:45 ended up at 18:45 and then 19:00 and now finally 19:15 this info having to be forked out by calling in as no information was announced until I had called in to make a scene.. U did not compensate nor communicate with any of the people flying... This is shocking service and we demand answers and a refund!! Disgusting
