Senior citizen discount

I am planning a trip to Cape Town. On opening the Mango website I noticed that the senior citizen discount tab is no longer there. I tried phoning the call centre but could not get through because the network was busy. Next I submitted an email with my query. After two weeks and three emails I still have not had an answer from Mango. Mango's lack in replying is a far cry from being South Africa's most on time airline. This is not very professional.
