A friend used your airlines to travel to jhb and in turn has ALL Christmas presents ****** out of his bag along with some possessions and his personal belongings rummaged through. This is not the first time it's happened to a friend or family member . He's not been ofdered any help or compensation and the last case went nowhere aswell. Disgusting service. Get your employees in check. We will never use this airline again not worth the risk.he is well known in Durban and 1000s have seen his status about it.
