Rude staff and pathetic services

<p>What a terrible day for my mum. Mango staff in King Shaka was successfull in cheating 3 passengers of thier fare. <br />Mum was 3 mins late for checking due to an accident enroute the airport. And the checkin staff totally refused to let her on. She had only a hand luggage so there was no need to check bags. They manageress Khalipa was extremely rude and unhelpfull. All these time the flight was still boarding and had not yet taken off. Mum pleaded as it was only a matter of few mins late. But was unsucceful. She has to wait a furture 3 hours to take a KULULA flight to come to lanseria. <br />Im utterly dusgusted with the type of manageress that Mango has reprisenting them at King Shaka. And i hope to get some feedback because for a person to loose all thier hard earned money because the staff wanted to proove the authority is pathetic. <br />I loved her Attitude she actually spelt out her name Khalipa so i can complain. How honourable of her.</p>
