Rude staff

<p>a very rude and unprofessional staff. Her tone and manner of approach towards me was very bad. Despite the fact that i am pregnant she made me miserable and increase my stress with her questions. </p> <p> </p> <p>When i was flying down on Friday from Durban to Johannesburg via FlySA it was the best. I was treated well and well spoken to. </p> <p> </p> <p>I miss my flight back to durban today the 27th at 5:10. So hubby had to book another fight for me. But now with Mango. </p> <p> </p> <p>Approaching the canter, the lady sitting on the second canter from the end left. Tall, african lady. She asked how many weeks pregnant i am. I told her today makes me 26weeks. No smile no friendly question. Again ask why you traveling? Where is your id. I told her my passport is at the embassy etc. but i have my drivers license with me. She collected the license and went inside to talk to the manager about my pregnancy. She saying i cant fly cos am over 25 weeks. Else i will need a letter form my gyn. I explain my gyn is in durban and i was flying on Friday which was 3 days ago and i did not get to be questioned like these. I pull my phone to show her. She waved her hands saying no no no am not interested in another airline blabla bla. She made me feel inferior. </p> <p> </p> <p>I told her why is she doing all this. She was shouting and she left me on the canter. And came back after a while. I was expecting her to say "okay my manager said is okay you can travel with us etc etc. " but she came saying now i will need your passport if no passport you wont be able to travel with us. In a rude harsh voice. </p> <p> </p> <p>I asked for supervisor. When she came in she changed her story. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never advise anyone to fly with mango as their staff will make you journey a hell one. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Very very bad servise. </p> <p> </p> <p>I stood there for another 1hour </p>
