Rude Mango Airline Supervisor

My flight was booked for 8:15 today. ...and when boarding. Flight was delay for 09:40. Around 09:30, I went to the GUEST service which I dint't get any assistance from Priscilla Manzini who was rude and didn't apologies. Even thought I asked why didnt they communicate via SMS to let passengers know that there is another delay...still nothing. Its 10:10...very dissappointed.
