Rude handling of luggage on flight from Lanseria to Cape Town

<p>My husband and I took Mango Flight to Cape Town on Thursday 13th July. When the luggage came on the luggage band, my bag's zip was totally ripped open and all my clothes were popping out for everyone waiting for their luggage to see. Six days later, not one phone call from Mango to apologise or enquire if I had any damage or losses due to their mishandling. I dialed the number on their Passenger Reference Slip and the person at the other end told me "sorry but you didn't take out the insurance with us". Note to one self: NEVER use Mango Airlines ever again. Fortunately Kulula is always the better option with politeness and respect for their customers who keep the airplanes in the air. Louise Louw</p>
