Rude and unhelpful customer call centre agent

Absolutely terrible service received! The man on the line was rude and extremely unhelpful. He then proceeded to hang up when i wanted to speak to a manager. The call was made at around 12:40 on Wednesday 28 April. This agent seriously needs to reprimanded and re trained. Pathetic service from that agent!
