Rude!

Why is all staff at the mango check in counters always so rude! They act as of we ow them something! Each time i have flown with them and my family and they are so rude! My mom is flying down to Cape town today her first time flying and alone, and they handle her like ****! Why choose mango if we are going to have the same problem each time!
