ROTTEN attitude at check in point

I only realised that I didn't have my cellphone after checking in (around 50 minutes before departure). I traced my phone and found that I had left it at home, called my dad to get it delivered before boarding. I went to the lady who checked me in (2nd to the right, black with long dreadlocks), I explained what happened and she just gave me a cold shoulder, she had bad attitude and seemed not interested in helping or telling what I could do (except that that was the last flight to George).
I was emotional going through the boarding gate (Gate D7), the two ladies who were working there were very friendly and asked what happened. They organised me a phone (from one of the Mango crew) so I could call my dad and ask where he was. We managed to call and found that he had been waiting by security for me to come collect my phone. He arranged that my dad gives on of the mango flights checking in attendants my phone so they can deliver it to me. The same attendant who gave me an attitude refused to assist my father, he was then helped by the attendant who was sitting on the far right. I ended up receiving my phone before take off, thanks to th helpful ladies and one man who work for Mango. However, your standards shouldn't vary as much. Of all the 5 people who I and my father interacted with, 1 ( the black lady with long dreadlocks) had a BAD attitude, she didn't have to be rude! Please deal with your rotten apple, we don't know how many she rubs her rudeness on daily. I would never fly Mango again if it wasn't for the other 4.
