********** by mango on double booking

I made a booking online but during payment the system hanged, the next morning I made another booking for the same flight thinking the first did not go through. Turned out both bookings went through. <br> <br> I called the refund number and was requested to send an e-mail and did so on 12 July. I am still awaiting the outcome and have not been contacted except for a mail on 23 Jul apologizing for not attending to the request BUT they still have not attended to the request.....they rather would have a double booking and 2 empty seats as long as they have their money....I guess I can lie across my second seat for double the price:-(
