<p>On the 8th of May 2017 i took a plane from OR Tambo to Capetown international airport. upon my arrival at Capetown one of my bags was missing which had 3 pairs of puma sneakers, a sweater and a mobile charger. i immediately reported the luggage missing, 7 days later i did not had a response form Mango Airlines. After endless calls that i made to them they said i must open a case at a police station or make an affidavitt which i did. i kept on calling and calling making a follow up as no one was willing to help me at Mango Airlines. Eventually they said i must compile a quotation of the things that went missing, i did give them a quote and the quotation of the 3 sneakers, the puma sweater and a bmw bag went to R7000. I was paid R700 for all those things, no explanation no nothing, what the staff from Mango Airlines do not understand is, this was never about the money i even told them that even if i can have my things back its fine. they had sentimental value to me. It shows how careless they are with peoples things and they do not even care what happens after. i am greatly dissapointed with the airline and i had a worst experience as this was my first timee flying. they really left a bad taste in my mouth, it goes to show that if you don't have money nothing or no one will help you. I am dissapointed with Mango. </p>
