I booked two different tickets on Mango airlines. I flew in from Johannesburg and got great service. I had booked the flight using my ****en surname and only had my married surname ID with. On my way back I was traveling with my son who had a birth certificate with my married surname. At King Shaka I was told because my surnames are not the same I will not be allowed to board the flight unless I pay R300 to do a name change. Why was this not a problem at OR Tambo? Why do I get told by your consultant that OR Tambo did a mistake they are rectifying it? Are your systems not the same? You are a ******* and I regret using this airline since people warned me to FlySA instead of Mango. Don't call me if it's not to talk about my refund.
