Ridiculous additional charge on booking

<p>My wife made a booking earlier today to fly from lanseria to durban. The only problem is she made a human error and said it is from durban to lanseria. Human error...nothing else needs changing except for the flight to depart from lanseria and go to durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>So we phoned customer care just to find out because it is 4 adults, 1 child and 1 infant that we need to pay R1850 in admin fees. Seriously? Do you want to tell me you have to do admin on each person and not just on the flight? Pathetic and blatant roberry. Please phone me urgently to resolve</p>
