RESPECT LESS MANGO

So I received a reply from MANGO. Apparently, their employees are allowed to ***** from passengers, so long as they don't disturb the over all weight of my luggage. *****ing has now become a norm, according to the mail I received. I guess that's why they are so CHEAP - not cost effective, but CHEAP. Since They lack the desired and adequate respect for themselves and also their passengers. How long will this be allowed to continue Peter?
