Reshedule of flights without any warning

1. I booked my flight to Cape Town (flight JE701 booking MVCCLS) in August for 23 October 2015. The flight was scheduled for take off from Lanseria at 6:45. I arrived there at 6:15 and was taken aback when the person booking us in said to me in a rude manner \you are late. In replying I said how can I be late if the flight is booked for 6:45 and the ticket says I must be there at 6:15. He then informed me that the flight is taking off at 6:30.
