SEVERAL CALLS! SEVERAL EMAILS ALL UNANSWERED! PAID R5800+ AND WAS REFUNDED AN AMOUNT OF R2000. UNACCEPTABLE AS WE WERE PROMISED R370 WILL BE DEDUCTED PER PERSON ONLY. NOW IT IS AN EMERGENCY FOR ME TO GO TO JOHANNESBURG TO MY SISTER AN NO IS HELPING!<br> ORIGINAL EMAIL:Good Day<br> Please could you assist me with regard to the following:<br> I booked return flights for myself and my family to travel to JHB from CPT on the 23/12/2015 as per the attached. Unfortunately I injured my leg on the 22/12/2015 and was admitted to hospital. Due to this incident my family and I could not travel to JHB as planned.<br> My husband went to the airport on the day of the incident and spoke to a Mango consultant BOITUME LORAMASHABA. He was advised by Boitume that we would incur a penalty fee of R370 per ticket and the rest of the cost would be refunded back to us by way of a voucher.<br> When I received the vouchers, we only received R554 per ticket and initially only received 3 vouchers for the 4 tickets. I then had to request the 4th voucher....<br>
