Refused refunds which is in contravention CPA

Phoned in to cancel a flight and a rude employee say I cannot and that i should read the terms and conditions to which i stated that it contravenes the CPA law in place. I had to pay another R280 just to change the flight. I will surely never fly with Mango again. Please teach your staff common courtesy on how to handle matters.
