Refusal to board plane

So on the 29/04/2016 me and my wife was supposed to get on the 05:55 am flight to durban at OR Tambo Airport. I left at 4:00 am from Witbank about an hour drive so my car broke down just as I was about to leave rushed back home got father in law's bmw and went through to OR Tambo. So I ran and arrived at the check in point at 05:22 with my bag already on the conveyor belt and my Id and papers in my hand in front of the mango attendant and the check in closing time was 05:20 they told me there was no way that they could help me NO WAY??!! 2 minutes literally 2 minutes man 120 Seconds it wouldn't have even took them 1 minute to just take my Id tipe on her pc and tag my bag I know this because that is how long she took when I got another flight!!! So yeah they told us to go and book our standby tickets for the 09:50 flight and so I went and 4 Hours went by and stood at the counter waiting for 09:10 am to see if any seats are available and so they did have 2 open so I had to buy another 2 tickets of R1400.00 were my original tickets was also R1400.00 now I paid R2800 for me and my wife a one way to durban. But now my argument comes in they couldn't have helped me with 2 minutes, but only at 05:40 am the boarding gates closes so between the 05:20 and the 05:40 is an entire 20 minutes!!!! AND when we bought the standby tickets we went past the 09:10 check in closing time we took our new tickets at 09:20 am 10 MINUTES after the closing time so why the holy hell do they let me through after I bought the standby tickets and not the first time when I was only 2 minutes late?????!!!!!!!
