Refund to my Edgar's account for a flight ticket they charged nothing has been done about it

I purchased a flight ticket with my Edgar's account flight from cape town to Johannesburg on my account statement its showing that they charged me twice I have been sending emails to Mango Airline because Edgar's advised me to do till this day Mango Flight hasn't refunded me the R981.30
